Welding

We have 20 welding stations located in 3 departments, one of which is separate and entirely dedicated to stainless steel welding and assembling. We perform MAG, MIG and TIG welding on Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. In the departments there is a welding robot with rotary table and 4 positioners with a diameter of 1,000 mm.
The welding process is certified according to ISO 3834-2 in the highest class. We produce welded structures with CE marking, EN 1090 up to class EXC-3.

Our welders are qualified according to ISO 9606 / ASME IX standards and operate according to special WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) to assure maximum quality in welded joints.
Our welding procedures WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record) are qualified according to ISO 15614-1 / ASME IX and are summarized in the following table:

We can issue Welding Books for specific jobs and we can perform Final Inspection (e.g. Lifting Tests, Visual and Dimensional tests) and demonstrations in front of final customer and/or Third Parties.
We perform NDT checks with qualified staff according to ISO 9712/ASNT:

  • Visual Test (VT)
  • Penetrating Liquids (PT)
  • Penetrating Liquids (PT)
  • Ultrasonic (UT).
